Work
Defect resolution with agents. A Bedrock multi-agent pilot, live in two months: about two minutes per case against a 30-minute target, and 72% resolved on first contact.
Seller coaching. A platform used with about 2,100 sellers that cut a coaching case from 90 minutes to five; 94% of investigations now run on their own. It won FBA's 2026 AI Trailblazer award.
TopTech. My own AI career platform, with realtime voice mock interviews. I build and run all of it.
